The proposal relates to a physical-technological processes of production of solutions of fullerenes based on terpenes as well as composite materials based on these components. Technical complex includes a main and additional working chambers and units to fill them and provide work, including: capacity fullerene, patience, fillers, oils and unsaturated fatty acids. Both working chambers are connected with containers fed by metering component, one of the chambers provided with a transmitter of electromagnetic waves and the emitter of acoustic waves in the ultrasonic frequency range. Additional working chamber to the outlet conduit fitted express analyzer composition and quality of the obtained fullerene-product solution. Such fundamental technical complex implementation allows efficient process for producing high-quality solutions fullerenes for use in various technologies.; Il.-2. Forms. 1 n.
