The proposal relates to the petroleum industry and may be used at the same time operation of two separate reservoirs for the control process and the hydrodynamic parameters of the lower layer. Installation for simultaneous production of two layers with the ability to control process and the hydrodynamic parameters of the lower layer comprises a pumping unit, a column of tubing in which is mounted the insert rod pump actuated via rod string, the packer. The apparatus also comprises an additional pumping unit and extra short column of tubings, which is an additional plug-rod pump, actuated by an additional rod string. The lower end of a short column of tubing is above the upper productive formation. Parallel anchor mounted on both pillars tubing above the upper productive formation. On reception sucker rod pump opposite the lower reservoir is set a container, inside which are placed deep instrumentation, allowing to record and process the hydrodynamic parameters of the lower layer.
