The estimated utility model relates to a fluid storage means and can be applied in the oil industry for receiving, storing and dispensing viscous oil and petroleum products. The solution of this object is achieved in that a steel vertical cylindrical tank dark oil is further equipped with two distributing manifold with isolation valves for dispensing crude oil, located above the water level and the two siphon tap water level detection, and a drain pipe with a valve and pipeline communications with the aim of pumping out (discharge) water bottom.
