Orthopedic apparatus (exoskeleton) for the rehabilitation of the disabled after interscapular-thoracic resection and consists of a metal frame with the tire (1) having hinges (2) on the elbow level, and cuffs at the shoulder (3) and the forearm (4), shoulders ( 5) with two mutually perpendicular pivots (6 and 7), a breast receiving sleeve (8), chest belt (9) and with shtripok kapok (10). The chest reception sleeve (8) fits snugly to the chest and is manufactured individually by plaster cast with pelota and fixed with the chest strap (9) to the body. Shoulder (5) has a shape symmetrical healthy shoulder girdles and is connected to a breast receiving sleeve (8) by means of a uniaxial hinge (7) located in the projection midline clavicle, and is intended for fastening scapular (5) to a breast receiving sleeve (8) and providing retention and disposal of the upper limb in her unit in the sagittal plane.
