The invention relates to devices for cleaning and disinfection of potable and waste water with ozone and ultraviolet radiation. The technical result of the proposed technical solutions is to increase the efficiency of the water decontamination due to sequential treatment of water with ozone and ultraviolet radiation, and increasing plant reliability by applying the ultraviolet lamps are protected from water with quartz bulbs, besides increasing plant capacity due to the use therein hub, which allows to obtain oxygen from ambient air. Technical result is achieved by that in an apparatus for cleaning and disinfection of water with ozone and ultraviolet radiation, comprising disinfecting unit whose body comprises an ozone generator with the power supply device, the ejector and the contact chamber installed oxygen concentrator that allows receiving it from the air. Furthermore, the ozone generator comprising a grounded outer and inner electrodes, is provided with a cooling circuit which comprises positioned at the inlet and outlet housing block disinfecting fitting and tubing for the supply and removal of cooling water. To increase the electrical resistance of the cooling water circuit cooling unit is provided with electrical isolation, made in the form of a water coil. Apparatus ozone generator comprising a high-power transformer. Contact decontamination chamber block is formed as a sealed container in which the ultraviolet lamps are protected from water quartz bulbs.
