The arrangement has a thermal unit that is arranged about a ferromagnetic core for producing a strong magnetic field in a current-carrying manner. A heating end of the thermal unit is heated with solar power, and a cooling end of the thermal unit is cooled by exhausting heat such that connection of thermo unit stream is effected by an input condenser. A condenser is connected during disconnection of a thermo stream fed-coil, and is switched in series to absorb the coil steam by a guide.
