The fastener has an L-shaped support (5) protruding over a roofing unit and including a plate-shaped foot unit (11) that lies coplanar to a base unit (4). The foot unit is swiveled around a rotating axis (A1) that is arranged perpendicularly to the roofing unit. A support part is arranged at the foot unit and is fixed to a connector by a fixing unit. The base unit and the support part are clamped with each other in a laminar manner, where parts of the fastener are made of a hard plastic e.g. polycarbonate. An independent claim is also included for a roofing of a building with fastener for detachably fastening an article.
