The arrangement has a continuous anti blurring image scanning system (117) characterized by a piezo-controlled object guiding system compensating an object table (103) movement and enabling bi-directional scanning in defined bilateral scanning directions. The system moves an object slide (104) parallel to the table in a manner that an idle camera image acquisition view field image is received during continuous movement of the table.
