Disclosed is a choke (L1,L2,L3) which is embodied as a coil with a certain inductance. The inductance of coil is smaller than or equal to half the standard inductance of a choke stipulated by the standard in order to limit the portion of the harmonic oscillation to the predefined percentage at the predefined total voltage or total current. An independent claim is also included for the device for conducting electric current.
