Grafting polymer rubber, obtained from a grafting basis particle shaped emulsion polymer as (A1), a diene and/or an alkyl acrylate with 1-20C alkyl residue as (A2), optionally a polyfunctional, cross linking monomers as (A3), and optionally a further copolymerisible monomers as (A4), where the particle shaped emulsion polymer exhibits additionally a core, which is obtained from vinyl aromatic monomers and optionally further monomers, a grafting layer as (A5), a vinyl aromatic monomers as (A6) and/or at least a polar copolymerisible co-monomers e.g. acrylonitrile as (A7). Grafting polymer rubber, obtained from a grafting basis particle shaped emulsion polymer as (A1), at least a diene and/or an alkyl acrylate with 1-20C alkyl residue as (A2), optionally at least polyfunctional, cross linking monomers as (A3), and optionally at least a further copolymerisible monomers as (A4), where the particle shaped emulsion polymer exhibits additionally a core, which is obtained from at least vinyl aromatic monomers and optionally further monomers, a grafting layer as (A5), at least an vinyl aromatic monomers as (A6) and/or at least a polar copolymerisible co-monomers of acrylonitrile, methacrylnitrile, esters of (meth)acrylic acid with 1-4C alkyl residue, maleic acid anhydride and its imides, (meth)acrylamide and vinylalkylether with 1-8C alkyl residue as (A7), that the particle shaped emulsion polymer (A1) exhibits at least a fraction agglomerate particles, where the fraction agglomerate particles exhibits an non-uniformness of less than 0.35. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparation of grafting polymers; (2) a thermoplastic molding material comprising 10-90 wt.% of the particle shaped grafting polymer (I), 10-90 wt. % of at least an amorphous polymer (II), 0-80 wt.% polycarbonates, Polyamide, polyester, polyetherketone, polyoxyalkylene or polyarylenesulfide as (III), and 0-65 wt.% additives (IV), where the sum (I), (II) and optionally (III) and/or (IV) is 100 wt.%; and (3) a molded article, foils, fibers or foams are obtained by using the thermoplastic molding materials.
