The method involves introducing a synthetic resin into a concrete mold manufacturing device (5) with a hollow space (8), where the device is formed by a tray and mold model (2). The mold model is arranged in the hollow space, where polyurethane resin consisting of polyglycol and isocyanates is used as the synthetic resin. The filling of the hollow space with the resin is terminated when the hollow space is easily cram-full. An independent claim is also included for a concrete mold manufacturing device.
