The method involves separating text information and layout information by utilizing structured data files. The text information and the layout information are extracted, and are automatically inserted into an already existing layout according to processing of text. The structured data are formed in an XML format, where the layout is provided with software that produces XML data file. An independent claim is also included for a database for receiving and storing of a source text of a text, to be processed, with a content-management-system.
