A pneumatic delivery haul way is provided with transparent pipes (1) and a transparent tube cap (3), where the camera is arranged in the tube cap. A lens of the camera is directed toward a transparent section of a cylinder section (7) and/or end caps. An independent claim is also included for a tube cap of a video surveillance system.
