Preparation of a surface treating agent (I), preferably for smooth surfaces, using a liquid enriched with plant ingredients and active substances, comprises mincing plants, plant mixtures and algae to a spinach-shaped mass, mixing the minced plant with rubber granulates and fastening textile components, mechanically drying or air drying the developed mass, mixing the developed mass with a liquid, removing the liquid enriched with active substance and mixing the liquid concentrate with further ingredients e.g. animal fat. Preparation of a surface treating agent (I), preferably for smooth surfaces, by using a liquid enriched with plant ingredients and active substances that are manufactured by using a carrier and a storage material for plants, comprises: mincing plant, plant mixtures and algae to a spinach-shaped mass, which is based on the plant type, by using a cutting tool; mixing the minced plant with rubber granulates or its mixture in pure form and fastening textile components; mechanically drying or air drying the developed mass; binding the entire plant mass and its contents; mixing the developed mass with a liquid at a certain temperature and set time in such a way depending upon the latter application type; removing the liquid enriched with active substance; and mixing the liquid concentrate, after extraction, with further ingredients, preferably animal fat, oil, emulsion, protein, carbohydrate and/or salt or a salt mixture. Independent claims are included for: (1) a surface treating agent, preferably for smooth surfaces; and (2) a surface treatment set, comprising a packed carrier agent fabric enriched with the surface treating agent and a pressure tank.
