The wheel has magnetic poles (11) separated by openings (12). A plate (28) is arranged in a drive shaft. A fan (17) with its fan body is integrated into the plate. The fan with its blades in the opening is extended between a pole base (13) of the magnetic poles. A recess by which the fan is inserted into its fan body is provided, where a number of blades are a set of number of magnetic poles. The fan is welded at an outer side (16) or an inner side of the wheel. An independent claim is also included for an electrical machine, such as a claw pole machine, including a magnet wheel that is applied on a drive wheel.
