The converter has a filter connected with an input of an amplification circuit that receives an output signal from the filter and generates a common amplified reference signal. A separating circuit receives the amplified signal and isolates the amplified signal against interfering signal. A variable resistor (R7) is connected with an output of an opto-coupler (32) of the separating circuit for adjusting an optimal resistance value for voltage dividing together with a resistor that is connected with an input of the opto-coupler.
