Expression system comprises a host organism of the species Sporidiobolus and a DNA vector containing selection marker gene, which codes for a protein that after transformation of the host organism, enables a selection of positive transformants and consists of antibiotic-resistant genes, which is complementary to an auxotrophy of the host organism, and the genes coding for a protein, which are capable of entering a chromophoric reaction, where the expression of the selection marker gene is controlled by at least one genetic regulation element active in the host organism.
