Expression system, useful in the production of protein, comprises a host organism of Sporidiobolus and a DNA vector containing selection marker gene, which codes for a protein
Expression system comprises a host organism of the species Sporidiobolus and a DNA vector containing selection marker gene, which codes for a protein that after transformation of the host organism, enables a selection of positive transformants and consists of antibiotic-resistant genes, which is complementary to an auxotrophy of the host organism, and the genes coding for a protein, which are capable of entering a chromophoric reaction, where the expression of the selection marker gene is controlled by at least one genetic regulation element active in the host organism. Independent claims are included for : (1) a procedure for the preparation of Sporidiobolus strains, that are capable of producing efficient gene expressions and proteins, comprising transforming host organism of a yeast species Sporidiobolus with a DNA vector containing experimental gene and an antibiotic resistance gene; and cloning antibiotic resistant of transformation, where the resistance gene in the host strain is controlled by an active genetic regulation element that is active in the host stain; (2) a procedure for the production of proteins, comprising an expression system for the protein production; (3) a promoter- and terminator element of the Sporidiobolus of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) gene, comprising a sequence of fully defined 1-1050 bp of sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) as given in the specification (promoter), fully defined 1-790 bp of sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2) as given in the specification (promoter) and fully defined 2997-3500 bp of sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) as given in the specification (terminator), where the DNA sequence in Sporidiobolus as a promoter or terminator are derived through elongation, shortening or variation; and (4) the DNA vector.
