Composition (A) comprises a silicate layer containing an iron-rich raw material on one side and biomass and/or an extract of terrestrial fungus on the other side. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an UV-protection-preparation, an agent to prevent cell aging and an agent with controlled delivery for maintaining or healing of active agents comprising (A); and (2) preparation of (A) comprising drying, grinding and separating silicate layer or iron raw materials, producing an ointment from the biomass and/or extract and mixing the obtained mixture in the ratio of 1:10-1:1.
