A method for the isolation of products of a biotransformation from a cell suspension or the cell-free culture medium, wherein– by means of biotransformation with yeast cells, algae or bacteria organically - chemical compounds are obtained,– the cell suspension or the cell-free culture medium according to the biotransformation bacteria are added in the cell suspension or emulsifying substances contained in the cell-free culture medium, wherein the bacteria, which for the degradation of the emulsifying substances are added to the bacteria which are used for the biotransformation, differ from one another and the selection of the for the degradation of the emulsifying substances by the bacteria used for the biotransformation microorganism used and the product to be isolated is determined,– after an incubation step an extraction of the organically - chemical compounds with an organic solvent.
