The system has band shaped leaf spring spokes (2) arranged like wings of a spiral galaxy from an wheel axle (3) up till a wheel rim (4). The spring spokes consists of resilient materials or sheet metal strips or belts that are held through the wheel axle in the center. The axle can be moved within a circular area in the geometric rim planes based on the momentum on the wheel rim during the drive. An independent claim is also included for a bicycle or single track vehicle.
