The device includes a heat-conducting resistor and measuring resistor carrier (3) arranged and fitted on a measuring tube (1). A heat-conducting resistor (5) and a measuring resistor (6) are mounted on the heat-conducting resistor and measuring resistor carrier to form measuring and differentiation circuit with respect to the measuring tube. The formed circuit measures the voltage of the measuring resistor, and stores maximum voltage value, minimum voltage value and difference between the maximum and minimum values. The heat-conducting and measuring resistors are temperature-dependent.
