The device has a drive body (1), and two solid actuators (3) arranged at the drive body for moving the drive body into a rotating switching movement for driving a shaft (2). A linear or lamellar rotating shaft circumference region (23) of the shaft in a contact section stands in friction contact with a wall contact section moving along a linear or lamellar rotating wall circumference region (13) of the drive body. The actuators are fixed between a head plate, a bearing block and a slotted conduit spring under high mechanical compressive prestressing. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a solid actuator drive device.
