A system for transferring an aircraft from outside a permitted flight condition range to a flight condition within the allowable flight condition range that is assignable to a sensor and a controller of the aircraft, comprising: DOLLAR A - a takeover or return control intervention module (A) the control authority over the aircraft on the basis of a control takeover signal (a) and for feeding control specifications (c) when the control takeover signal (a) is set; DOLLAR A - a maneuver selection module (M); DOLLAR A - a limit generator (G) for calculating the flight range limit (g) based on measured variables (b) of the sensor (S); DOLLAR A - a decision module (E); DOLLAR A - a command generator (K), which is on the one hand to the decision module (E) and the maneuver selection module (M) and on the other hand to the control intervention module (A) functionally connected and set with Steuerübernahme signal (a ) calculates the control specifications (c) based on the maneuver information (i) and sends them to the control intervention module (A), DOLLAR A, and methods for transferring an aircraft to a permissible flight condition area.
