The device (5) is designed as a long rectangular block with at least two rectangular metal plates (14.3,14.4) serving as bearings for a strong bolt (12). The block (5) is positioned between two metal loops (13) already existing at the floor (2) of most lorries. The bolt (12) is guided through the loops (13) and through openings in the bearings (14) and is secured by retainer disks (9.2) and cotter pins (9.1). The objects to be transported can be fastened with chains or ropes (4) with hooks (3) at their ends guided through holes (6.1) provided at the block (5).
