The device has a computer with measuring data interfaces and I/O interfaces for users for computation of a sliding shift with small values of a parameter in a specified time series of measuring data. The data is presented via the interfaces, based on determination of period length of frequency ranges by harmonious analysis. Units are provided in the computer for the computation of the time series.
