The exchanger has storage units (2), which contain a storage medium (3) that is formed by a phase change material (PCM) such as trimethylethane with water and urea-additives, and an organic hydrate. The phase change temperature of the storage medium lies in the range of 10 to 15 degree Celsius. The storage medium is received in round pipes (4) that act as a container. Bars are arranged between round pipes (4, 6).
