An open-closable article holder (3) is supported relative to a contact surface (2), or retaining plate, via pivotal axis (A). A folding hinge (4) interposed between free ends of the contact surface and the holder, is divided into two hinge sections (4a,4b). The hinge sections are pivotal about an axis (B) parallel to the pivot axis of the article holder. When the article holder is pushed and closed relative to the contact surface, the hinge is folded and stored in a recess (6) in the contact surface.
