The system has a transmitter provided in an emergency vehicle and a receiver for motorists, where the transmitter communicates with crash sensors of vehicles of the motorists. A keyboard is provided for inputting of text messages and the transmitter transmits the messages to the receiver, where some keys of the keyboard are allocated with standard notes. A potentiometer is used in the transmitter for adjusting the range of the transmitter. An independent claim is also included for a transmitter in an emergency vehicle.
