The system has a transmitter separated spatially from a receiver. The transmitter is arranged in an effective radius of a continuous radio communication to the receiver and releases an alarm when the radio communication breaks-off. The radio communication is adjustable by transmitting and/or receiving powers. The transmitter has a light emitting diode (LED) (5) with a color change, where the LED indicates the charge of a battery. The system pertains to the utilization of the mobile communication standard such as global position radio satellite (GPRS), universal mobile telecommunications system (UMTS), core division multiple access (CDMA). An independent claim is also included for a consumer product with a transmitting unit or receiving unit.
