A pump is started to measure the pressurizing rate at a stage and the measured pressurizing rate is obtained at two checkpoints. A control adjustment routine is performed to control an adjustment of the pressurizing rate according to the measured pressurizing rate. The pump is pressured according to the adjustment of the pressurizing rate. A diastolic pressure value is measured and the pressurizing of the pump is kept to measure a systolic pressure value and pressurizing is stopped.
