The device has a retainer with an internal thread (12) in a working appliance, and an external thread at a fastening end (11) of a handle (10) at an external side. The fastening end has a lug (14), and the retainer has a recess, where the lug is brought into contact with the recess in a mounting condition. A spring unit is provided in proximity to the lug and/or the recess, where the tension of the spring unit is released so that catching and releasing of the handle with the working appliance are enabled.
