Motor vehicle`s two-layered composite part e.g. instrument panel, manufacturing method, involves producing carrier from fibre reinforced thermoplastic synthetic material and overspraying carrier with synthetic material without fibre parts
The method involves producing a carrier (3) from a fibre reinforced thermoplastic synthetic material by an injection moulding process. The carrier is oversprayed with a thermoplastic synthetic material without fibre parts by the injection moulding process for forming a top layer (7) in a cavity (5). The cavity exhibits a grain (6) at its surface such that another grain is produced in a surface of the top layer. Polypropylene-long glass fibre, styrol-maleic anhydride glass fibre, polycarbonate acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrol-copolymer glass fibre, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene-long glass fibre and/or polybutylene-terephthalate glass fibre is used as fibre reinforced thermoplastic synthetic material for manufacturing the carrier. Polypropylene talcum, polypropylene-ethylene-propylene-diene-rubber-talcum reinforced and/or thermoplastic elastomer is used as thermoplastic synthetic material for manufacturing the top layer. An independent claim is also included for an interior lining part e.g. instrument panel, for a motor vehicle.
