The method involves relocating mobile station into an energy saving mode, where network exhibits an access point, by which the mobile stations are associated with the network. Data frames are received by the station in the energy saving mode at a certain service-time-period. Service-time periods (2, 3) are determined under the knowledge about the planned transmission between the mobile stations and access point. The priority of the data-frame transmitted at the mobile station is enabled during the determination of the service-time period.
