Glass sponge collagen, obtained by gradually corroding glass sponge basal spicule in alkaline solution; dialyzing the obtained extract and subsequently lyophilizing. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of the glass sponge collagen comprising crushing and washing the glass sponge of basal spicule in alkaline solution at 35-37[deg]C and gradually corroding; dialyzing to isolate the glass sponge collage and subsequently lyophilizing; and (2) a procedure for in-vitro-production of nano-structured composite and materials, which consist of sea-glass sponge collagen and silicon dioxide, comprising: lyophilizing the solution in alkaline buffer solution; mineralizing through a mixture of the solved collagen with silane solution as silicate precursor; growing and agglomerating the silicate nano particle in room temperature; and air drying the obtained product in room temperature for a period of at least 4 days.
