The device has resistance network consisting of several resistors attached at an input/output connections of microcontrollers (100), which is attached to a clock generator (120). One of resistor connection is attached at one of the input/output connections. Another resistor connection is interconnected at another input/output connections. The input/output connection is actively switched for input of logical connection in an associated logical level and is switched for input of inverse logical connection as high impedance input.
