The unit has a spring unit axially arranged between a connecting part (2) and a base part (1) in a deflection direction. A transverse force dog is arranged radially transverse to the deflection direction between the connecting part and the base part. The transverse force dog is implemented as a rotatable roller (11). The roller is connected with a dog surface (12) of the base part during arising of a transverse force in such a manner that the roller is rolled on the dog surface in an axial direction during axial movement of the connecting part and the base part.
