The package (12) is provided as a protective film (14) for covering a large part of pressed bales, where the film is wound around a shell of the bales. The film has two colored strips (16, 17) of different colorings, where the strips are arranged parallel to a longitudinal axis of the film. The strips are alternatively arranged at a fixed angle between 0 and 90 degrees for longitudinal extension of the film. The film has an imprint with letters and/or figures such as name or slogan, where the imprint is different for different primary colors of the film.
