Tempering device (10) for tempering consuming apparatus, has tempering circuit, and aeration device (20) arranged in the tempering circuit and comprising a flow divisor (19) and aeration tank (22) connected with the flow divisor via aeration pipe (LD). A tempering liquid in the tempering circuit, is circulatable by a pump (P). A gas contained in the tempering liquid is separatable from the aeration device. The flow divisor is arranged upstream of the pump in the tempering circuit. Tempering device (10) for tempering consuming apparatus, has tempering circuit, and aeration device (20) arranged in the tempering circuit and comprising a flow divisor (19) and aeration tank (22) connected with the flow divisor via aeration pipe (LD). A tempering liquid in the tempering circuit, is circulatable by a pump (P). A gas contained in the tempering liquid is separatable from the aeration device. The flow divisor is arranged upstream of the pump in the tempering circuit. A partial flow of the tempering liquid flowing in the tempering circuit is supplyable by the aeration pipe of the aeration tank. A recirculation pipe (LR) is intended between the aeration tank and the tempering circuit, through which the tempering fluid accumulated in the aeration tank is recirculatable into the tempering circuit. The recirculation pipe between the pump and the flow divider is connected at the tempering circuit. A pressure in the flow divisor is larger than a pressure in the aeration tank, which stands under atmospheric pressure. A check valve is arranged in the aeration pipe and in the recirculation pipe. A pressure sensor is arranged in the downstream of the pump to detect the fluid pressure in the tempering circuit. The detected pressure signal is delivered at a control unit. The pump and/or the check valve of the aeration pipe are controlled by the control unit (13), based on the pressure signal.
