The glasses has a glasses frame (1) fitted with a shear (2) or a mechanical guide. An eyeglasses lens (3) is shiftable in target centre line about a shear or a mechanical guide such that adjustment possibility of the eyeglasses lens is facilitated, where the eyeglasses lens is shiftable by a spindle with a rotary knob (5) or with a small electric motor (6). The adjustment possibility is attached to the glasses frame both for the left eye and the right eye.
