The production of ammunition hybrid casing (1), comprises fixing a work-part in form of an inner coat (2) to an interior of an outer sleeve (3), and bringing in an active material and binding matrix consisting of a mixture into the outer sleeve. The work part is connected in a processing step in a form fit and adhering manner. The inner coat encloses an inner sleeve at its inside in a form fit manner and is made of the active material and the binding matrix. The matrix is made of a sinterable material, is brought into the outer coat and hardens by sinter pressings. The production of ammunition hybrid casing (1), comprises fixing a work-part in form of an inner coat (2) to an interior of an outer sleeve (3), and bringing in an active material and binding matrix consisting of a mixture into the outer sleeve. The work part is connected in a processing step in a form fit and adhering manner. The inner coat encloses an inner sleeve at its inside in a form fit manner and is made of the active material and the binding matrix. The matrix is made of a sinterable material, is brought into the outer coat and hardens by sinter pressings. The active material consists of fire splitter, pyrotechnical substances, metallic reaction elements and/or weapons. The adhesion between the inner coat and the outer sleeve and/or the inner sleeve is optimized by roughening of walls adjoining at the inner coat and/or mounting of grooves and/or other adhesion aids at the walls. The outer and inner sleeves are manufactured by means of deep-drawing, injection molding or sintering. The material used for a deep drawing of the inner sleeves and/or outer sleeve, is provided with adhesion aids in the form of grooves, stampings or material attachments. The adhesion aids are active to the walls turned to the inner coat.
