The actuator has a link (17), which is linearly and movably guided in a flow chamber (16) of a housing (11), where the link is operated with compressed air. A spreading belt (28) is force-coupled with the link, and the belt is wound on a winding coil (29). The winding coil is accommodated within the housing. The belt transmits the drive force and the tensile force between the link and the coil.
