The arrangement (1) has a plate (10) serving as a base plate, where surface (11) of the plate exhibits a base surface. Another plate (20) is superimposed with another surface (21) on the former surface of the former plate and exhibits another base surface. The plates are connected by an undercoating (30), which exhibits a third base surface. The latter plate and the undercoating are arranged such that the border path of the undercoating runs at a distance to the border path of the latter plate. The undercoating is superimposed on the surface of the former plate by a screen printing method. An independent claim is also included for a method for fixing a plate with a base surface on another plate serving as the base plate with another base surface.
