The device has locking pin and releasing of the size cylinder (2) takes place through broadening (9), which unlock the locking pin (3) after putting the ampoules on the skin over an internal contour shape and the pressure sleeve staying under pre-stressing of the main spring (10) pre-stresses and actuates the piston of the ampoule properly. It is guaranteed that the release can takes place only in active direction of the main force. An independent claim is included for method for appropriate emptying of medicinal ampoules, particularly for needleless injection under the skin.
