Bone cement gun comprises a cement cylinder (1), optionally fitted with a nozzle (2), which contains an ejection piston (13). A pneumatic pressure chamber (18) drives the piston continuously or in stages and allows measured portions of cement to be applied. An independent claim is included for a similar gun in which the cylinder is fitted with a cage which allows it to withstand pressures up to 40 Bar.
