The method involves adjusting ventilation of a tank system and with a source of under or over pressure is provided. The pressure is collected and temporarily terminated by the pressure source (50), if the under or over pressure reaches a pre-determined threshold value or if a pre-determined time is passed since the beginning of the pressure, or if the temporal change falls below a pre-determined second threshold value.
