The arrangement for the proof of cerebral disinfections in vivo by electroencephalogram (EEG) and laser fluorescence-energy metabolic measurement, comprises a needle shaped cylindrical measuring probe (2) exhibiting a thin metallic outer casing. The cylindrical measuring probe is brought in contact or implanted at a defined point of the brain surface and has even frontal surface. The metallic outer casing encloses a grouping of optical fibers in such a manner that a bundle of UV-permeable optical fibers, is surrounded at the center of a concentric ring and an outer ring. The arrangement for the proof of cerebral disinfections in vivo by electroencephalogram (EEG) and laser fluorescence-energy metabolic measurement, comprises a needle shaped cylindrical measuring probe (2) exhibiting a thin metallic outer casing. The cylindrical measuring probe is brought in contact or implanted at a defined point of the brain surface and has even frontal surface. The metallic outer casing encloses a grouping of optical fibers in such a manner that a bundle of UV-permeable optical fibers, is surrounded at the center of a concentric ring and an outer ring from fibers visible light permeable optical fibers. Into the grouping of optical fibers, two thin metal wires are inserted, which act as metal electrodes at the frontal side and which are respectively arranged on a diameter line at the distance (a) from the center of the measuring probe. The measuring probe is locked by a hand piece (3), which is formed with a larger diameter in such a manner that it houses an electronic amplifier and which is connected with a flexible cable (4) from optical fibers. Electrical lines are connected by a detachable plug-in connector (5) with an equipment module, which contains component group for the measurement of the EEG- and the laser fluorescence signal and microcomputer for the storage and evaluation of the optical- and electrical measuring signal. A monitor for the representation of the results, is attached to the equipment module. The center of the concentric ring consists a fiber or a mixture of UV-permeable- and UV-impermeable optical fiber. The metal electrodes are arranged at a distance (a) of 0.5 mm, project from the front surface by a distance (d) of 0.2 mm and are closed with the frontal surface. The measuring probe is designed in straight or curved manner and is suited to the anatomy of the test objects. From the frontal side and at a short straight section with a length (l), a ring-shaped piece joins itself, which possesses a radius of curvature (r) and extends itself over the angle of curvature. The length, the radius of curvature and the angle of curvature are adaptable to the test objects.
