An injection moulding tool for 2-dimensional plastic mouldings, comprising two mould halves (16, 18) forming a mould cavity (14) and a die unit (20) opening into a film gate system with a distributor space (40) extending along one edge of the cavity (14) and separated from it by a film gate (42), also has a separator (38) which cuts off the sprue formed in the space (40) from the moulding at the gate (42).
