The device (9) has a high frequency coil for radiation of high frequency-magnetic field, which is displayed parallel to a direction of main magnet field for stimulation of nuclear spin in an imaging volume. A gradient coil (10) is provided for generation of gradient field for spatial assignment of another magnetic field at its original point. A computer unit (25) is provided for determining a spatial position of an oscillation circuit-marker (10) from the measured high frequency-magnetic field, which has its origin in the excited nuclear spin.
