The module (100) has a transmission line (115) for transmission of an electromagnetic transmitting signal to an antenna or a sensor. A tap (103) decouples a reference signal from the transmission line. A delay unit (104) is provided for delaying of the transmission signal on its path to the antenna or the sensor, and is arranged after the tap. The tap has a directional coupler, which is implemented as a hybrid coupler. The directional coupler consists of an adjustable coupling factor. The delay unit has a delay line implemented as a low temperature cofired ceramic (LTTC) component. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a liquid level measuring device for determination of the liquid level in a tank (2) an application of a high frequency module for liquid level measurement (3) a method for decoupling reference signals for a liquid level measuring device.
