Elastic bearing (1) has a spring body (2) made up of elastomer material which has a noncircular latch plate element (6), which can be brought out through a noncircular hole on the back of a wall of a supporting component and which can be locked at the spring body by rotation on the supporting components. A socket (16) is provided for the retaining the supporting components. A safeguard element (3) encloses the latch plate element and socket at spring body.
